Time’s Running Out on Liquified’s Alliance RV Promotion

Wil Knowles, right, and Matt Foxcroft of Liquified RV.

Time is running out to register for Liquified’s Free RV Giveaway. Registration will close at midnight on May 31.

Even though the entry window closes at midnight on Saturday, May 31, entrants will need to be patient. The winner – who will receive an Alliance RV Delta SE ML206 travel trailer – will not be announced until Monday, June 2. To celebrate the giveaway, the announcement will be made during a community open house at Liquified’s warehouse and distribution center at 5309 Beck Drive in Elkhart, Ind.

The open house will last from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m., and feature free lunch, a chance to meet the Liquified team and tour the warehouse, and a live call to the grand prize winner.

Liquified Founder and Owner Matt Foxcroft is looking forward to the party.

“We’re inviting everybody in the RV Industry to come out to our open house,” he said. “Meet us, say ‘hey.’ To the outside world it looks like we’re a toilet treatment company, but people don’t realize we’re in the beginning stages of building the largest D2C (direct-to-consumer) business the RV industry has ever seen.”

Foxcroft said this giveaway plays a major part in reaching that goal, since registration can only be done on LiquifiedRV.com.

Delta SLE ML206

“The reason why we’re giving away the RV is not necessarily to encourage people to buy Liquified, but to encourage existing customers to buy Liquified from our e-commerce website directly,” he said. “We believe that data is power. The more of a database of RVers that we have, the better it’s going to be when we go to market and we launch new products. It’s a better way of connecting with our customers.”

But Foxcroft says buying Liquified products is not the only way to register. Those interested can earn one entry for every one dollar spent on the website, or gain five free entries by filling out a survey.

Co-founder and President of Operations and Sales Wil Knowles is also excited for Monday’s giveaway. Like those entering the raffle, he’s eager to find out who will win the RV.

“Something that’s always been front of mind is to be able to take the business that we’re building and give back,” he said. “Even though it’s only one person or one family being affected, it’s going to have a big impact on their lives.”

Foxcroft says Monday’s RV giveaway will also be livestreamed on YouTube for anyone who wants to watch.

To register for a chance to win the grand prize, visit LiquifiedRV.com and click on the “RV Giveaway” tab at the top.

RV Trader, RVT.com Partnership Bolsters Listing Visibility

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Trader Interactive announced a strategic partnership between RV Trader and RVT.com, two of the RV industry’s leading online marketplaces, that will boost listings visibility, streamline operations and provide a continuously enhanced toolset to help dealer customers drive sales and business efficiencies.

The collaboration unites two trusted platforms that share a mission to maximize value for dealers through broader exposure, stronger technology, and more serious buyers.

It’s an exciting step forward in our mission to drive meaningful results and long-term success for our partners in the RV industry.”

Key benefits for dealers include:

  • Greater exposure to buyers: Beginning this month, all current RV Trader dealers will automatically have their inventory listed live on RVT.com, making it possible to reach a larger and more engaged audience of about 7 million monthly shoppers throughout North America. With broader reach and deeper buyer engagement, dealers can drive faster sales cycles and extend their presence into new and growing markets.
  • Simplified inventory & lead management: All dealers advertising on RV Trader and RVT.com will now have access to TraderTraxx, Trader Interactive’s centralized hub for managing inventory, leads, reporting, website content and more. Examples include CallConnect, which tracks phone leads by listing to help dealers understand exactly what’s generating interest and where to focus their efforts; and AI descriptions that enable dealers who manually list inventory to instantly generate engaging and impactful content for each unit, accelerating the listing process.
  • One-stop enrollment for new dealers in the U.S.: New U.S. dealers can now bundle RV Trader and RVT.com, eliminating the extra effort required to sign up for both platforms separately.

Cummins Takes Generators on Tour Visiting U.S. Dealers

The Cummins RV team recently set out for the first phase of the 2025 Onan Unplugged Tour across the United States. On this tour, the Cummins team is taking the latest fixed-mount Cummins RV generators showcased in a trailer to dealers across the country. Not only do dealers get to learn about the latest RV generator technology born from a 100+ year legacy, but they can also get answers to any of their generator questions, according to a release.

“We realize how important it is to educate dealers on our latest products. I don’t think there’s a better way to do this than coming to them in person and giving them a demo so they can experience the generator for themselves – especially how quiet the newest models are. We have been warmly received at each stop, and I’m really looking forward to the next phase of this tour,” says Cummins RV Account Manager Cam Maranville.

The star of this tour is the QG 7000i DF generator – the latest in a new family of inverter RV generators. The QG 7000i joins the QG 4000i, that came out in 2024, and the QG 2500i/2800i, that launched in 2022.

Debuted at the Florida SuperShow in January this year, the QG 7000i DF is 50 state CARB/EPA/CSA certified and dual fuel switchable (gas and LP). It also has electronic fuel injection (EFI), a variable speed engine, PMA alternator, lower noise levels, and weights 90 lbs less than its predecessor with the same footprint.

So far this year, the Cummins RV team has taken the tour to Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi,

Louisiana, and Texas in March, April, and May. More stops across the U.S. are planned this summer and fall as Cummins continues to provide training and support to dealers across the nation.

There were over 200 participants from this phase of the tour and several of them took a survey after the demonstration. Participants liked that the QG 7000i DF has dual fuel capability, is low noise, has electronic fuel injection, and saves 90 lbs in weight.

“This kind of feedback is extremely valuable as it helps us know exactly how we can better serve our

dealers. And that’s what we’re going to do – we will continue to improve and make doing business with us a positive experience every time.” says Cam.

MIDDLEBURY, Ind. – Winnebago, a pioneer in recreational vehicles for over six decades, announces the launch of the all-new Thrive, a high-quality, lightweight, modern travel trailer developed to redefine comfort and design expectations in its category. Thrive represents a renewed energy for the Winnebago brand, reflecting a commitment to delivering innovative, customer-focused RV experiences that elevate owners’ time outside, according to a release.

Launching with two debut floorplans, the 18FBS and 22MBH, Thrive offers options ranging from 22 to 33 feet in length with one to two slide-outs, designed to suit a wide range of lifestyles — from weekend adventurers to full-time explorers.

“Thrive is more than a travel trailer — it’s a statement,” said Adam Gudger, product manager for Winnebago’s towables Thrive product. “We identified an opportunity to serve design-conscious buyers seeking a refined, upscale experience — without making things complicated. Thrive fills that space with thoughtful craftsmanship, innovative features, and styling that surprises in all the right ways.”

Why Just Camp, When You Can Thrive?

Thrive is built around the belief that premium outdoor living shouldn’t be a compromise. It addresses a growing consumer desire for easy, elevated comfort while introducing a new class of laminated towables that offer more comfort, more flexibility and more intentional design than other travel trailers on the market.

Every door and drawer throughout Thrive features soft-close technology, complemented by thoughtful residential details like roller blackout shades, integrated utensil organizers, and pull-out recycling bins—ensuring the comfort inside is every bit as refined as the experience outside. Each Thrive travel trailer is built with core features that exceed customer expectations, including:

  • Scenic Design: Large windows throughout, including a new frameless panoramic front window with LED trim lighting, bring in natural light and the beauty of the outdoors
  • Residential Comfort: A residential comfort king bed with built-in storage, recessed ceiling lighting, bedside reading lights and blackout roller shades creates a restful retreat at day’s end.
  • New, U.S.-built Furniture Line: An exclusive seating collection crafted in the U.S. and inspired by high-end residential design, offers a sleek, tailored aesthetic paired with the plush comfort today’s glampers crave.
  • State-of-the-Art Kitchen: Sleek fiberglass countertops with integrated sinks, built-in utensil drawers, soft-close cabinets and pull-out pantry and trash systems make cooking a joy.
  • Next-Level Tech and Utility: JBL Bluetooth indoor/outdoor speakers, stackable washer/dryer prep on select floorplans, and power stabilizer jacks makes for effortless setup while enjoying the comforts of home.

Thrive underwent rigorous validation testing at Transportation Research Center (TRC), one of the country’s top automotive proving grounds—where every component, from the slide-outs to the frameless front window to the soft-close cabinetry, proved its strength and staying power.

“Thrive reflects how people want to live and travel today,” said Grant Smith, Product Manager for Winnebago’s towables unit. “It’s not just about getting from point A to point B—it’s about having a space that makes every trip feel like an upgrade. And this is just the beginning. We have a full lineup of thoughtfully designed floorplans on the horizon that will expand the possibilities for how and where campers can enjoy the outdoors.”

Thrive will begin arriving at Winnebago dealerships nationwide starting late May through early June, just in time for the summer travel season. For more information, to view floorplans, or to locate a dealer, visit www.winnebago.com.

Gettysburg Campground: Modernized, but Rooted in History

Editor’s Note: The following article was produced by Gettysburg Campground. It is printed here by permission.

On the west side of Gettysburg, Pa., a short three miles from downtown near farms and monuments you will find Gettysburg Campground.  This special property is located on Marsh Creek and set within mature landscaping; a quintessential, picturesque campground purchased by the Ott Family in 2021.  However, not all facets of the property were in perfect condition.  Campsites in the back half of the property sat in need of upgrading.

Pictured from left are Ott family membvers Heidi, Gary Sr., Kathy and Gary Jr.

During the first few years of owning this campground, the Ott Family made improvements to other areas of the campground first.  “Guests are searching for long, 50amp, full hook up pull thru sites and if they are not showing up in your available inventory then they are moving on to a campground that does,” says Gary Jr., co-owner and operations manager for Gettysburg Campground.  Sites without sewer, 30 amp service and small in length were difficult to sell even at a discount leaving the Ott Family with the only decision make:  renovate the sites.

In 2024 planning began for the overhaul of 135 sites.  To layout the back section they decided to collapse smaller sites and turn them into longer pull thru sites.  Sewer was added to all sites and new sod installed for the finishing touches on what became 88 pull thru sites.  These modernized RV sites accommodate all styles of RVs and those towing extra equipment but they’re still set within tall trees for that classic campground feel.  “We technically reduced our site count, but from our perspective, we actually gained 88 new premium sites at the premium rate,” Gary Jr said.  While revamping this large section of the campground, the Ott Family identified a need for more cabins.  They called Dan and his team at Lancaster Log Cabins after having much success with their product at other campgrounds owned by the Ott Family.  The final stage for the 6 month long renovation included a large community fire pit area and designated area for 4 sets of cornhole boards.

During the off season, the Activities Team at Gettysburg worked on an enhanced Activities Program for 2025.  New connections helped put the Ott Family in touch with many local historical reenactment groups.  Over the course of 7 different weekends, guests of Gettysburg Campground will get a hands on, front row experience as “History Comes Alive” this season.  The first Civil War themed weekend on May 10th featured several groups of historians in the field onsite camping as they would have during the Battle of Gettysburg.  These campouts were accessible to guests and during the day featured a musket firing demonstration, a mock army enlistment & training program along with Civil War era food taste tests and so much more.  “It was great to watch the kids connect with the reenacts and really plug into something other than a phone,” Gary Jr says.  The upcoming Reenactment Weekend on May 31st will feature the first full size cannon firing demonstration at Gettysburg Campground since the Ott’s have owned it.  The remaining weekends will feature more cannon demonstrations, musket firing demonstrations, Civil War camp outs with Union vs Confederate battles, a Civil War Ball, and even a dip into World War II history with tanks and other vehicles featured by the World War II American Experience Museum located in Gettysburg, PA.

Memorial Day Weekend 2025 Gettysburg Campground saw its first full house since the improvements were made.  Gary Jr, on site for most of the weekend says, “The feedback has been very positive from our guests both first timers and families that have been coming for generations.  It confirmed what we felt was the right direction to go with this location”.

The Ott Family first entered the Gettysburg market with their purchase of Artillery Ridge Campground & Horse Park in 2019.  After seeing much success the first year, they went looking for more opportunities.  Gettysburg Campground is an excellent compliment to Artillery Ridge, and while both campgrounds work together in some areas, they are their own individual campgrounds with unique features that set each one a part from the other.  Gary Jr says, “It has been 7 years now in this competitive Gettysburg Market and we feel we are well positioned to continue to grow and provide a great value and camping experience for our guests for many years to come.”  The Ott Family also owns Hershey Road Campground and Ocean City Campground.  These 4 locations make up their “Explore All 4” brand.
