WI: Snow, high water cause delay of campsite, trail opening in Chequamegon-Nicolet forest

Forest crews typically prepare the all-terrain vehicle, utility-terrain vehicle, horse and bike trails throughout the month of April in order to open on May 1, and campgrounds to open on May 2; however, the conditions haven’t been favorable in order to remove hazard trees, clean campsite pads and prepare water systems.
