OR: Douglas County will open up RV sites to fire refugees

(Nov. 21, 2018) -- Since the Camp Fire ripped through Paradise, California on Nov. 8, destroying thousands of homes, donations have poured in of clothes, food and other supplies — so many that the Red Cross is now asking well-wishers to donate money instead of stuff.
