CA: Cacapon Resort State Park to get $25 million in improvements

(Nov. 9, 2018) -- Gov. Jim Justice, state and county officials and Cacapon Resort State Park officials conducted a ceremonial groundbreaking Friday for a $25.38 million improvement and expansion project at the park.
