N.S.: Panel visits site of proposed RV park

(Sept. 16, 2018) -- On Monday, the MacInnis property was the first place visited by a Nova Scotia Utilities and Review Board tribunal that is hearing an appeal of a Cape Breton Regional Municipality decision in March of this year to amend a municipal land-use bylaw to allow for the possible development of the undertaking.
