TX: RV park no longer receiving services from city

(Sept. 4, 2018) -- When June’s heavy storms hit, the Texas Trails RV Resort Manager, Larry Sims, had to rent out three pumps to remove the floodwater. Sims explains the problem is the resort is not hooked up to the city’s drainage system.
