N.Y.: Finger Lakes National Forest institutes new fees

(July 11, 2018) -- The Finger Lakes National Forest has completed the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act process and has had its fee changes approved by the Eastern Region Recreation Resource Advisory Committee.
