KS: Grand opening planned at revamped visitor center

(June 20, 2018) -- A grand opening is planned June 30 at the revamped Waconda Visitor and Education Center at Glen Elder State Park, with tours of the new education center, activities and refreshments planned at 9 a.m. and a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10.
