Skyline and Champion Home Builders to create Skyline Champion Corporation

(June 4, 2018) -- Skyline Corporation and Champion Enterprises Holdings, the parent company of Champion Home Builders, announced the closing of the previously announced combination of their operations. The combined company will now operate as Skyline Champion Corporation.
