IL: Supreme Court rejects Navistar’s appeal in tax case

(May 18, 2018) -- The truck maker had appealed a previous decision by the state tax commissioner and the Board of Tax Appeals that Navistar was ineligible to receive about $27 million in commercial activity tax credits.
