TN: Funding announced to reopen Look Rock Campground

(April 30, 2018) -- Look Rock Campground in Great Smoky Mountains National Park hasn’t seen a single visitor since 2012. Stone stairways lead to nowhere but long abandoned camp sites and picnic tables.
