Recreation permit, fee changes approved for Eastern Region

(April 30, 2018) -- Today, Wayne National Forest Supervisor Tony Scardina announced that new permit and fee changes for off-highway vehicles, horse, and mountain-bike trail use will be implemented starting May 3.
