CO: Board gives approval to Sun Communities RV Resort

(April 13, 2018) -- Granby's long negotiations with Sun Communities for a future RV park development drew to a close Tuesday night after the final approval of a slew of action items during the town's board of trustees meeting concluding a two-year process that started with the purchase of the Shorefox property in spring 2016.
