MN: Diligence lacking in campground sewer project

(March 26, 2018) -- It appears the Tower City Council committed to spending at least $175,000 for a sewer extension to the Hoodoo Point Campground without verifying the need for the project, or without understanding how it could impact plans for future economic development in the city.
