MB: Lottery process for Delta campsites

(Feb. 12, 2018) -- The Portage Regional Recreation Authority have released its seasonal fares and are now accepting applications for its 20 seasonal campsites - 10 lakefront, 10 non-lakefront - with successful applicants chosen via a lottery.
