MO: Limited access to national parks during shutdown

(Jan. 23, 2018) -- Wilson's Creek National Battlefield at 6424 W. Farm Road 182 is in a "soft shutdown," according to its Facebook page. Visitors will be allowed in the park from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, but all other facilities, such as the Visitors Center, will be closed.
