Black Book used vehicle retention index finishes December on a weaker note

(Jan. 8, 2018) -- Black Book released its Used Vehicle Retention Index for December, with the Index falling -0.7 percent from 115.0 to 114.1 last month, its first decline in the last four months dating back to August.
