N.M.: Five campgrounds close early due to lack of staff, budget shortfall

(Dec. 1, 2017) -- he Gila National Forest, Silver City Ranger District will be implementing seasonal closures from Dec. 1 to March 31 effective Friday for some campgrounds for the winter season.
