NRPA issues statement on NYC attack

(Nov. 1, 2017) -- The National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) issued a statement after a man plowed a pickup truck into bicyclists and pedestrians on a path in New York City Tuesday, killing eight people and injuring 11 others.
