CA: Plan calls for new campground, trail, motel

(Oct. 16, 2017) -- A State Parks plan for a scenic stretch of Highway 1 near Piedras Blancas could one day bring a dilapidated motel and cafe back to life, along with a campground, cabins and coastal trail.
