N.Y.: Campground owner charged with forging noise permit

(Oct. 9, 2017) -- The owner of the Bethel Hideaway Campground Resort on Fulton Road in Swan Lake has been charged by Sullivan County Sheriff’s deputies with two counts of forgery as felonies.
