WI: Move-in day approaches for fairgrounds RV storage

(Sept. 28, 2017) -- Months after the cows have gone home — and the swine, the sheep, the goats, the rabbits and the poultry — the Columbia County Fairgrounds becomes a place where campers, trailers, boats and other recreational vehicles come to hibernate.
