OR: State grant to aid in purchasing private RV park

(Sept. 22, 2017) -- The Douglas County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously Wednesday to accept a $650,000 state grant that could be used to help the county purchase the privately-owned Discovery Point RV Park at Winchester Bay.
