(Aug. 7, 2017) -- It’s been 99 years since a total solar eclipse crossed the contiguous United States from coast to coast. Since it will be a long time before it happens again you may want to consider taking off of work, getting the kids out of school and driving to a spot along the sun’s path of totality this Aug. 21.
