Winnebago plant fined $10,000 following worker’s death

(July 26, 2017) -- The Indiana Occupational Safety and health Administration has fined the Winnebago plant in Middlebury $10,000 for workplace violations after an employee was run over and killed by a forklift in April, according to WSBT.
