S.D.: Campground may be closed during annual event

(July 26, 2017) -- The Watertown Parks and Recreation Board Tuesday morning discussed closing the campground at Stokes-Thomas City Park for the 2018 contest. The park’s 72 camping sites would be limited to contest competitors, judges and officials.
