MN: Christmas in July arrives at KOA campground

(July 26, 2017) -- An inflatable Santa Claus and reindeer, penguin and Olaf from “Frozen” welcomed campers to the main office, and campers were encouraged to bring their own Christmas decorations to spruce up their campsite.
