PA: Reading Anthracite appeals campground zoning ruling

(July 12, 2017) -- Reading Anthracite Co. has appealed the Zerbe Township Zoning Hearing Board’s approval for a zoning exception so it can build a campground on the grounds that stipulations attached to the ruling are “arbitrary and capricious.”
