CA: Camp Pendleton brush fire chars 250 acres

(June 29, 2017) -- The blaze broke out north of the San Mateo Campground on Cristianitos Road around 6:20 p.m. The flames quickly burned 10 to 15 acres before spreading across roughly 250 acres within a half hour, Camp Pendleton officials reported on Twitter.
