FL: Blackwater River State Forest reports damage, closures

(June 23, 2017) -- Tropical Storm Cindy caused significant flooding throughout the western portion of Blackwater River State Forest. Numerous major roads remain closed as flood waters continue to rise in area streams and rivers.
