NE: Teen refurbishes state park trail

(June 5, 2017) -- Leonard and his team of volunteers are fixing up nearly 1,200 feet of a popular trail. It's being covered with 100,000 pounds of crushed rock. They're also adding timbers for safety and to prevent erosion.
