FL: 92-acre parcel bought for new 450-site RV resort

(May 26, 2017) -- In a 95-acre purchase, Chicago-based Bayside Lake RV bought vacant land in Palmetto in May from Sarasota-based developer Ed Rymer, under the name McMullen Creek. The five parcels involved in the transaction were sold to Rymer in August 2016 for $2.4 million.
