N.Y.: Rain threatens Great Valley Regatta’s record

(May 8, 2017) -- Despite a wet week and more rain in the forecast, campers will begin arriving Friday for the annual Great Valley Regatta, prepared to brave damp campgrounds and temperatures not expected to make it out of the 40s on Saturday.
