PA: 2 men arrested for burglary at campground

(April 3, 2017) -- According to the complaint, the Preston County Communications Center advised West Virginia Senior Trooper T.J. Willis two males had ‘jimmied’ the door open on a camper and were walking around the area looking into camper windows.
