Consumers allege purchased RV is defective

(March 28, 2017) -- Ryan C. Hardin and Robert J. Hardin filed a complaint on March 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against Forest River and Southern RV and Bank of the West alleging violation of Louisiana Redhibition Laws, The Louisiana Record reported.
