Ontario: City jumps gun on RV site bookings

(March 22, 2017) -- At issue is the fact that organizers for the eight-day music festival have already begun taking reservations for recreational vehicles (RVs) at two planned RV and camper parking areas, at a time when the zoning change for those areas is not yet approved.
