MD: Regulation seeks to prohibit campground stays

(March 22, 2017) -- The Cecil County Planning Commission unanimously approved an amendment Monday night altering the county’s zoning regulations of campgrounds and recreational vehicle parks, sending the proposed change to the county council for final approval.
