IA: City prepares to sell home lots, build campground

(March 10, 2017) -- At the Storm Lake City Council meeting Monday, it was announced that the city is negotiating with a developer for six residential lots in the new city 3rd addition. The council approved drawing up plans to extend the street and utilities.
