TX: Commissioners OK Rodeo Ranch RV plans

(Feb. 28, 2017) -- Erath County Commissioners Court was in session Monday and at the top of the agenda was approval of the final plat for Gilbert and Julie Carrillo's new 15-space RV park at their 4C's Rodeo Ranch outside Stephenville.
