IN: Rising Star to break ground on RV park

(Feb. 28, 2017) -- Officials from Rising Star Casino Resort in Rising Sun will break ground Tuesday on a new RV park. Financial details of the project were not released, however the development is expected to be complete by Memorial Day weekend.
