Navistar elects Clarke as chairman of Board of Directors

(Feb. 21, 2017) -- Navistar International Corporation announced that immediately following the company's annual shareholder meeting held on Feb. 14 its board of directors elected President and CEO Troy A. Clarke as chairman.
