New Zealand: Freedom camping ends in Rutherford

(Feb. 9, 2017) -- Rutherford Park will be closed to freedom campers from Friday, to allow the car park to be used as a public car park for events at Trafalgar Park and the soon-to-be-opened Trafalgar Centre.
