IA: East Lake Park adds RV campground

(Jan. 26, 2017) -- Since taking over in February 2016, Scott Kent has made some big waves at East Lake Park. With help from Elizabeth Simpson, program manager at the Clarke County Development Corporation (CCDC), Kent has applied for more than $1 million in grants.
