OR: Smoking ban approved in county parks

(Jan. 25, 2017) -- The ordinance, which passed 4-1, with Commissioner Jay Bozievich in opposition, includes two exemptions. County parks will allow smoking in designated campsites. Also, tobacco use for Native American traditional practices still would be allowed.
