CA: Police attempt to deal with suicidal subject at KOA

(Jan. 19, 2017) -- A large number of Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office deputies and California Highway Patrol vehicles have been parked on the east side of the highway near Bracut for most of the day, dealing with a person who appears to be suicidal.
