WI: Necedah residents frustrated with ordinance

(Jan. 11, 2017) -- Several town residents expressed frustration during Monday’s board meeting at village/town hall in Necedah. Among the most critical of the town’s camper policy were Dan Bilsky and Dan Dutscheck, who believe residents that have campers and are obeying laws are getting unfairly punished.
