S.C.: Folly may ban RVs as residences, rentals

(Jan. 11, 2017) -- City Council will meet Tuesday to discuss preventing people here from living in recreational vehicles, travel trailers or tents. Currently, Folly allows these types of camping on private property for up to seven days.
