TN: Road temporarily closed in Smokies December 16, 2016 by Rebecca Smith (Dec. 16, 2016) -- Lake View Drive past Noland Creek Bridge in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park will be closed to vehicle traffic starting Monday, according to a news release Thursday.
