IN: City council strikes down zoning for new RV park

(Dec. 14, 2016) -- The Mount Vernon City Council shot down a proposed ordinance to rezone land owned by Madisonville West Properties from residential zoning to light manufacturing. Madisonville West wanted the property rezoned for a RV campground to be built on the site.
