N.Y.: Man damages victim’s RV, pushes him to ground

(Nov. 30, 2016) -- Jeffrey Oakes was charged with assault and criminal mischief after pushing another 60-year-old Kent resident to the ground, causing lacerations to his body and damaging his recreational vehicle, police said.
